Your responsibilities

  • Establish, implement and maintain effective policies and procedures in relation to compliance, AML CTF and control of delegations;
  • Identify and assess compliance risks including AML/ CTF risks as well as applicable laws and regulations;
  • Monitor operational processes, policies and procedures to ensure that Moventum complies with all legal regulations, circulars and ethical standards;
  • Conduct compliance monitoring program and prepare reports for various stakeholders;
  • Manage compliance, AML/ CTF and annual reports;
  • Develop, improve and maintain the reporting systems for relevant stakeholders;
  • Lead projects with your compliance and regulatory expertise;
  • Correspond with regulatory bodies (CSSF, BaFIN, FMA, auditors, etc.) and maintenance of related files;
  • Prepare external and internal audit and/or other periodic and/or ad hoc regulatory visits;
  • Support preparation of AML trainings and the maintenance of the training register.

Your ideal background and skillset

  • Minimum of +5 years working experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within the asset management industry (for Moventum Asset Management S.A.) or financial service sector (for Moventum S.C.A);
  • A strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws, such as the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act, and the Securities Act of 1933 and 1934;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex compliance issues to a range of stakeholders, including senior management, legal teams, and regulators;
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks while balancing business needs and objectives;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough and accurate risk assessments and reviews;
  • Experience in managing relationships with regulators and external auditors;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or law. A relevant post-graduate degree or certification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CAMS) is a plus;
  • Fluent in English and good language skills in German. Any other languages (e.g. French, Luxembourgish) are a plus;
  • A passion for compliance and a commitment to ethical business practices.

About the team

The Client Relationship Team is a central point of contact for, and routing of, incoming telephone and e-mail communications. The Client Relationship Team provides a first level query resolution service and plays an important role in maintaining excellent client relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via telephone, email or chat;
  • Monitor and investigate client complaints or difficulties to help analyse the need for systems or procedures enhancements in order to improve the quality of our client services;
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and report product errors, failures, or complaints to management;
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with client;
  • Perform quality checks, collect and analyse customer feedback, share with appropriate stakeholders, and advise on opportunities for improvement;
  • Ensure optimal funds’ business set-ups;
  • Service fund clients to ensure timely and excellent delivery of services as agreed with each fund;
  • Ensure that the clients‘ portfolio allocated is managed properly and is in good standing from a legal, accounting and tax perspective;
  • Pro-actively monitor regulatory changes having an effect on the funds and/ or underlying investors;
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner and with our compliance team on all relevant AML and KYC cases.

Your ideal background and skillset

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, to empathize with clients and understand their needs and concerns;
  • A results-driven mind-set, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good judgment and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g. French, Luxembourgish) is a plus;

About the team

The Operations Team (“Ops”) is responsible for oversight and control of a number of operational activities migrated to centers outside of Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure operational tasks is migrated to our Polish branch as planned, within budget, and in compliance with EU Directives (MiFID)/EBA/ECB/CSSF outsourcing requirements;
  • Support implementation of an effective oversight and control framework;
  • Ensure ongoing compliance, oversee and control of migrated work;
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for trends and issues;
  • Produce management reports on processing quality and timeliness of activities;
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure local monitoring is completed in line with company policy;
  • Perform relevant ad-hoc projects and requests;
  • Maintain high standards of conduct and integrity;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend corrective actions;
  • Implement and conduct training programs for colleagues and new joiners;
  • Investigate compliance issues and report findings to senior management;
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits;
  • Record and follow up on all audit actions;
  • Ensure governance framework documentation, templates, and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Your ideal background and skillset

  • Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry;
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices related to control frameworks and risk management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate control weaknesses and develop effective remediation plans;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and accountability;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

  • Analyse financial information to ensure it is accurate and complete;
  • Create periodic regulatory tax reports, including FATCA, QI, CRS, and KEST, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Conduct due diligence on transactions related to MiFIR, MiFID, ExPost, and threshold reporting;
  • Manage the timely production of transaction confirmations and end-of-year statements;
  • Support special projects and initiatives as necessary, such as the implementation of regulatory reporting projects;
  • Work closely with clients and internal departments to guarantee accurate financial reporting;
  • Stay informed of the most current tax legislation and regulations.

 

Your ideal background and skillset

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in tax or a related field within financial services sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; French and/ or German is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of directives related to FATCA, CRS and other financial regulations would be an asset;
  • String analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with large amounts of data;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in IT application support or a related role, within financial services sector;
  • Knowledge of Olympic Core Banking Systems application;
  • Strong technical knowledge of IBMi (AS/400), Windows and Linux operating systems, databases, programming languages, and web technologies; e.g. Java, SQL, RPG, Cobol would be considered as a solid plus;
  • Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, and change management processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, additional language such as French or German being an advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficient in analytical skills;
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required;
  • Possession of industry certifications, such as ITIL, is an added advantage.
